1. Acceptance

These Terms govern access to and use of the RailInfra Projects website, databases, reports, alerts, exports and related subscription services. By creating an account, requesting a trial, purchasing access or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation.

2. Nature of the Service

RailInfra Projects is an independent research and business-intelligence service covering railway and rail-infrastructure projects. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Indian Railways, the Ministry of Railways, any metro authority, project promoter or contractor unless expressly stated. Information is compiled from budgets, official publications, public records, websites, news reports and other research sources. The Service is not professional, investment, tender, engineering or legal advice and does not guarantee contracts, awards or business outcomes.

3. Accounts, Trials and Subscriptions

Trial access is limited, may exclude exports and printing, and may be withdrawn for misuse. Paid access begins after successful payment and account activation and continues for the term shown at checkout or in the applicable proposal. Unless a written proposal states otherwise, each purchase authorises one named user account. Credentials may not be shared. Additional users require separate written approval or licences.

4. Permitted Use

You may use information for lawful internal research, planning and business-development purposes. You must independently verify material information before making commercial, technical, tendering or investment decisions.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not resell, publish, syndicate, redistribute or commercially exploit the database; share credentials; systematically copy records; scrape, crawl or automate extraction; bypass access controls; reverse engineer the Service; introduce malicious code; or use contact information for unlawful, deceptive, harassing or unsolicited communications. Reasonable exports supplied by the Service remain subject to these restrictions and any fair-use limits displayed with the plan.

6. Contact Information in the Database

Contact and organisational information is provided for legitimate professional reference. Its inclusion does not imply consent to marketing or solicitation. Users are responsible for complying with privacy, data-protection, telecommunications and anti-spam requirements when contacting any person. We may correct, restrict or remove contact information following a substantiated request sent to info@moments-mapping.com.

7. Accuracy and Updates

We use reasonable research and verification processes, but projects and personnel change frequently. Information is provided on an “as available” basis and may contain delays, omissions or errors. Update frequency can vary by record and source availability. Please report suspected errors through the Contact page.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, database selection and arrangement, research outputs, taxonomies, designs, software and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property and database rights. Source organisations retain rights in their underlying publications. No ownership rights transfer to a subscriber.

9. Payment, Taxes and Renewal

Fees are payable in advance and are exclusive of applicable GST unless checkout states otherwise. Payments may be processed by PayU, Razorpay or another disclosed provider. Plans do not renew automatically unless automatic renewal is expressly presented and accepted. Continued access after expiry requires renewal.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, credential sharing, excessive extraction, security threats, unlawful conduct or material breach. Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy a curable breach. Clauses concerning payment, intellectual property, confidentiality, restrictions, liability and dispute resolution survive termination.

11. Service Availability

We aim to maintain reliable access but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, source outages, cyber incidents and events beyond reasonable control may affect availability.

12. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Daily Innovations nor the publisher will be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, lost profit, lost opportunity or decisions made using the Service. Aggregate liability relating to a paid subscription will not exceed the subscription fee actually paid for the affected term, except where liability cannot lawfully be limited.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Daily Innovations and its service providers against third-party claims arising from your unlawful use, unauthorised redistribution, misuse of contact information or material breach of these Terms.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The parties should first attempt good-faith resolution through written notice. Subject to applicable consumer law and any agreed arbitration arrangement, courts having jurisdiction in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh will have jurisdiction.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms to reflect legal, security or service changes. Material changes will be indicated by the updated date and, where appropriate, notified to registered users.
