Digital Delivery
RailInfra Projects is a digital subscription service. No physical goods are shipped. After successful payment and account verification, access is normally activated automatically and confirmation is sent to the email address supplied at checkout.
Delivery Time
Most paid accounts are activated within minutes. Manual verification, payment reconciliation or security review may extend activation to one business day. Trial access may require separate email and mobile verification.
Access Scope
Full-access subscriptions unlock the complete paid project database for the purchased term. Module subscriptions unlock only the project category stated on the order. Trial access is partial and excludes Excel downloads and PDF printing.
Customer Requirements
The customer must provide a valid email address, mobile number and accurate billing information, complete any required verification, maintain secure credentials and use a supported browser with internet access.
